breakfast buffet was exceptional - huge variety, good quality. parking charge is good value and free EV charging if you can get it staff were very nice - and contacted me immediately after finding something I'd left in the room. beds were great.

Our stay was really enjoyable! The hotel is beautifully and uniquely decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—delicious and carefully prepared. The staff was kind and accommodating, and we could storage our bags after checking out while exploring Lille some more.

Mama Shelter is a great hotel near the city centre and a great shopping centre. It is easy to get to and the parking is convenient. Rooms are good size, not much noise and the buffet breakfast was a delight. Plenty of options (great for a gluten allergy) and for a long time which suited our times. We had a great view of the city and wonderful sunsets. We also enjoyed free films and a great comfortable bed.

Mama Shelter Lille made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. Staff were really helpful and friendly - and were happy to help us in English. We also had excellent breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in ages. We were so cosy and comfortable in our room that we almost didn't want to leave to face the winter elements! Mama Shelter is also close to the Eurostar station and easy to find.

Paid parking was conveniently adjacent to the hotel; Access was counter intuitive with pinball machines on the ground floor and a lift to L for Lobby. The lobby was very small and a short queue tended to form as the charming staff struggled to cope with arrivals. The room was perfectly satisfactory with everything one needed. Situated close to the centre of Lille for exploration, generous buffet breakfast.

Plenty of parking space; Superb breakfast buffet; Easy walking distance from centre and itself in one of the self-guided walks around Lille book we got from tourist office - albeit for modern architecture (lots of bare concrete, including in your room).

I arrived early was a short walk from ten Eurostar terminal & was given a room immediately. Staff were super friendly great bar, food menu was limited but what was on offer was great. Would definitely stay again if I was to re visit Lille as location was super central & as a solo travel I felt super safe
